Nice hotel conveniently located on the Pantiles which is amazing in its self. Its been a long time since writing this review that I stayed there and I stay at many many hotels but this was very very good.

The staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I did not eat at the hotel so can not comment on the food. It is a very old hotel located in an excellent area. The car park is only a two minute walk from the hotel and easy to find (I phoned prior to my arrival and was given excellent directions by a friendly member of staff). The hotel is definitely in need of a refurbishment but this did not detract from my stay. I would certainly stay again.

If I had known that I was going to be sleeping in a very small room with a large sash window that did not open during a heatwave, I would have booked elsewhere. Really nice staff and great location, but spending 2 nights in +35º sleeping in an airless cupboard did not make for the most productive working days.

We had issues with our room initially because there was a horrible smell. They investigated and could not immediately resolve it so upgraded our room without us even knowing! The staff were really lovely and approachable. Great stay.

Very hospitable and helpful staff. The bed was excellent 👌. While parking is off site easy to access and payment arranged thru the hotel at £10 per 24hrs

Fantastic location for the event i was attending. Close to local shops, pubs & cafes. The hotel staff were polite, very warm, welcoming, accommodating & friendly - a totally lovely experience. Would highly recommend to family & friends. The hotel can only accommodate able body individuals..... no wheelchair access and no facilities Re: lifts The stairs are narrow in places

the water in the bathroom sink not only seemed to also fill with a previous guests hair shavings. The bed was propped up on blocks and the pillows rather unsavoury under the cases. The staff were very engaging and helpful but the hotel is more than needing some love and attention.

We checked in only to be told.. there was no food.. as the kitchen was shut! The receptionist just said... sorry about that! I said we had booked 2 nights and B&B as we were joining friends and family for a weddings celebrations...i said had i know i would have cancelled and booked a different venue! ... just said there were other places to eat..we also had a room up 65 steps...no lift...i messaged the day before to enquire about parking...no reply...

An absolute gem of a hotel, super friendly staff, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, excellent food. We had a lovely overnight stay and appreciated the closeness to parking and the lovely Pantiles area.

Hotel is lovely. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfy. Only negative is the bedding was stained and so was one of the towels.

Parking great short stroll to hotel I minute Staff polite and friendly. Room disappointing as very dark. Bathroom tiny and felt claustrophobic. No views just scruffy iron staircase outside. Ceiling needs looking at. Cracks with flaky paint work. Room needs money spent on it to brighten it up and modernise it. It is perfectly positioned to enjoy the Pantiles and get around RTW. Main area bar and outside area perfect We had great time
