"Bed is very firm but surprisingly not too uncomfortable otherwise it was excellent, very good value, only thing to note is there is no parking and parking in bath can be quite expensive, ours was about £60-70 for the 4 days Staff were lovely and very friendly everytime we entered the hotel etc."

"Nice room on the ground floor, although large window looked directly out onto a busy carpark, meaning everyone could see inside the room - perhaps some shades would help. Wi-Fi a bit iffy. Staff very nice and and meal in the evening was excellent."

"We stayed at this place in Bath for two nights, and I wish it was more! Such a stunning boutique hotel with incredible service. The room was spacious, clean, and the bathtub is to die for! Everyone was so kind, the receptionist immediately gave us a map and recommendations on what to do around town. The location is perfect for walking around and getting to all of your tours. Nothing was further than 15 minutes away walking. Would highly recommend this place!"

"the staff was very helpful and friendly and made us feel comfortable. Room was lovely, clean and had great facilities (it just took us a minute to work out the heater/air con) and the bar had a good selection of drinks. We would stay here again as it was a great location too. "
