"There’s laundry and ice. Elevator was one in the middle of the hotel so better to use the stairs. The outside lighting was very cute and flowers above each light. A little musty / weird smell in the rooms. Good outdoor parking. Overall very good and convenient. Price reasonably."

"The hotel needed some work on the outside. The inside had been refurbished for the upcoming Fifa games. The room was cozy and bright with the most comfortable bed my husband & I have ever slept in. The room was very clean, but modest. We also had a view of the Vancouver skyline from our 3rd floor window. Hondra, the manager, was very gracious and helpful upon our arrival and throughout our 4 day stay. She was very available, though not always onsite. We had privacy and quiet. The hotel is...

"Newly renovated hotel, conveniently located close to the airport. All the rooms have been modernized and have quality amenities in-unit. Parts of the hotel are still being redone, but take advantage of their early discounted pricing as they have only recently opened. Staff are friendly."

"The room was clean and well stocked. Would have preferred the thermostat to be manual other than automatic so we could change the temperature setting without having to call someone to do it. Although the parking is not their responsibility, it would have saved a lot of time if we knew how to pay for parking ahead of time. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay."
