"The location is excellent. Many restaurants, city tour buses & metro stations are nearby. I have enjoyed the walkway to downtown. Front desk personnel are well cooperative. The front office is closing by 9 pm, so there will be no service until the next morning at 9 am. Only self-service is available for incase of emergency to go out & get in."

"I'm not sure who the blame should go to but this location is listed as a 4 star hotel, you book it expecting to get a 4 star hotel service. They consider themselves an apart hotel. They have no star listings in front of their property. The first room we got had blood stains on the bathroom floor, the area below the mirror had toothpaste stains. I will say they were very good at rectifying the situation , mistakes happen , it's okay and they handled it well , which is why I didn't rate it lower....

We also experienced significant noise from neighboring rooms late at night on several occasions, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. "STOP scrolling!! Haws House was the highlight of our European trip. Guillermoh at the front desk was EXTREMELY amicable and knowledgeable about the property and area. He provided recommendations for restaurants and activities (clubs) around the area. The pictures on the website do not do justice to the property. The decorations and furniture were very modern and comfortable. Our apartment was cleaned and had clean towels WITHOUT even asking. We found a grocery store two blocks away from this...

"The location was not the best but it was close to one of the subway lines. But we had a lot of issues with our room... - AC wasn't working for the first 12 hours or so - No hot water in the shower - Only one towel in the bathroom and when we asked the receptionist about it, her response was that we only asked for one!!! Like show me exactly when and where I said I only need one towel for two people! - Only one pair of slippers - Blood stain on the bed sheets - Clump of hair on the bathroom door...
