"The rooms are clean and air conditioning is working well. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. The rooms size is Singapore standard, but you're going there to explore the island, right? ;)

"Hotel door not working & required to go around back. Old mattresses with black mould around the back. Poor customer service on arrival & throughout stay. Cockroaches in room & elevator. A bunch of dead cockroaches in the cupboard that were not cleaned up. I pressed the button to instruct “do not disturb” and my room was cleaned when I came back. Room was alright "

"Very conveniently placed in Orchard. Very funky hotel, good breakfast, lovely pool, good gym facilities. Bar closes early and bathrooms with large windows looking both onto the outside world and into the bedroom won’t be for everybody. But overall, we had a great stay."
