"Very good staff"

"Saya hrs pindah kamar sebanyak 3 kali, krn fasilitas kamar tdk bisa dipakai sebagaimana mestinya, sarapan pagi yg disediakan selalu sering habis sebelum batas waktu sarapan pagi selesai, sehingga seringnya tdk dpt sarapan pagi dgn baik.

"Filthy, had to ask for top sheet as blanket was unclean.pillows filthy Bathroom extreamly filthy.lightswitches everything filthy, long worms and snail on bathroom floor,no waste basket no bottled drinking water, waterpressure in shower dropping off.floortiles under basin and in areas in bathroom beyond professional clean.was late,so not able to look for different hotel"

"The staff was very helpful. They will take you anywhere in seminyak. And since we were traveling during the peak season, where finding taxi could be hard, this has been a nice touch during our stay. Just beware of the mosquitoes, they should install a bed canopy in each bed. Also the AC were right above our head, they should be moved to somewhere farther. We ended up using the ac in the bathroom to cool the room."
