"Leandro was great ... Like the best ... I stay at the hotel regularly. They had a night cleark who misbehaved and did not let me sit at lounge at 02h00 ... I wanted to write ... Paying so much and not being able to use the lounge whenever one wants is ridiculous... The other night clerk is wonderful... I've complained already and hope they will replace that person as he's unsuitable for the job ... Thank you ... I'm still giving the place 5 stars "

"Excellent boutique hotel in a quieter part of the city. Close to a metro station so all major attractions were easily accessible. Plenty of nice bakeries, cafes & restaurants nearby and the area felt very safe. Rooms were spotlessly clean, very well equipped and a decent size for Paris. We had connecting rooms which were perfect for a family of 4. The staff were very helpful and attentive. "
