"Will definitely stay here again as after 30 years of coming to Bali this hotel and location has best mix to suit everyone. We had a bungalow and room great layout and traditional although floor creaky. Bed firm but comfortable we slept well each night"

"Hotel is in a good location and the pool is a bonus. The breakfast buffet is adequate. It would be nice if the fruit was covered so that they were not any flies ,as well as the bread products. It would also be nice to know that you could order bacon.Only found out about that towards the end of the trip. The room was adequate but the bathroom walls needed to be cleaned and the caulking needs to be redone in the shower. I was charged more than half the cost of a night for a two hour late check out which I thought was expensive. Laundry facilities are good but a little pricey."

"Love the location , all the staff friendly with amazing service. Villa pool very clean as is the whole complex. Shout out to the garden staff very nice gardens. We havecdyayed several times because of the staff and amenities. Close to a supermarket and great restaurants. Walking distance to shopping favourites."
