"Fabulous fabulous hotel in central location. The staff was superb, helpful. Wonderful restaurant partner and bar in building (the Café Sao Bento). Just a-warning to your taxi driver : at the edge of a strictly pedestrian zone so contact hotel for drop off point right before arrival (very short walk from street). And there is no problem getting a taxi in am to airport which comes right to the door. The location is so good that it’s worth the tiny inconvenience of pedestrian zone for arrival....

"We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights in June 2026. The room was spacious and bright with a well appointed washroom.(There is an in-room safe which I appreciate.) Breakfasts had good choices and the hotel staff to a person were very friendly and attentive. The position of the hotel is excellent with great walkability, restaurants and access to much of what Lisbon has to offer. I would have no hesitation staying here again."
