"Parking with valet was 45/night flat rate with in/out access and a link to pre-request your vehicle. The alternative would be the unsecured city lot for 30/a day. Room was immaculately clean and they facilitated an outside vendor to deliver roses before my arrival. I didn't dine or drink on site but it looked and smelled great and the view was perfect."

"Pool heater was broken, and pool was green in some parts. Sofa bed ( you can feel every single spring in the bed). Fridge was not cold at all. Breakfast was yummy. :) "

"Close to Monterey Pier, Close to downtown, parking available as well as valet parking. Our room was clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful and professional. This place treats dogs like honored guests too"

"The worst experience of my life. Staff was so rude and totally disrespectful. She was acting like she was doing me a favor after she purposefully gave my room away. Them she tried to lie to me by saying that an entire building was flooded while I was the only person in the lobby that didn’t get a room. She found me a room at a horrible hotel that I didn’t book. I booked at the Hyatt and since I didn’t prepay, she felt it her right to give my room away and leave me stranded at 11:30pm at night. I felt totally discriminated against and I hate using that as a reason but it was totally obvious from the moment I arrived. I used to like Hyatt but now I will avoid them and I’m in the hospitality business. She honestly thought she could lie to me. The worst manager on the face of this earth. "

"Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly especially housekeeping. Older property but convenient location. "

"This hotel was alright but I wouldn't stay here again. I was having issues with the water. It took a long time for the shower water to get hot. It was cold at night and the blanket and sheet were so thin. The office says there was an extra blanket in the closet but it wasn't there. I tried to call the office but the phone wasn't working. The bed was very uncomfortable and also the curtains weren't really blackout. There was a lot of light in the room in the morning. The heater and AC worked good. There also was construction making a lot of noise in the parking lot. As far as location I had no issues and I felt safe. Parking was free. "

"First tried to turn on lights and found only 1 bed side lamp for the whole room including sink and mirror. Missing fire alarm with exposed wires and multiple burned outlets. Toilet also leaking from bottom. Stayed only one night and was bit in bed 6+ times probably from bed bugs. Wouldn’t consider staying again 👎"
