"Only complaint - hotel in a massive renovation, not clearly communicated at Expedia site - ended up in a room facing afternoon sun, outside 30C plus, inside way above that as cleaners had not bothered to close the shades. A noisy fan did not help. Find it very disappointing that £440 per night hotel has no air con (and when we asked will not have as old building is protected and no air con can be installed. Our first visit was 1994, and many times thereafter."

Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Check-In. Zimmer auf dem Groundfloor- Level mit toller Sicht und kleiner Terrasse, vorgelagerter Garten. Abends im Restaurant hervorragend gegessen bei einer noch besseren Sicht durch die grosse Glassfassade von nahezu Seebecken bis Galbinsel Au mit Schwyzer- den Glarneralpen im Hintergrund. Gut...

"Like: Easy access from highway, free parking, clean room, daily room service, short drive to city center and the lake. Dislike: no coffee maker/fridge, no air conditioning. But this is not surprising for a typical ibis."

"On site staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our travel needs and needs in the apartment. The apartment had all things you need to make a meal and relax. It’s close to walking trails and grocery stores. Very walkable distance to bus and train, especially the bus comes every 10mins very convenient. Samira was very understanding to allow us to stay a little longer to ensure we had time to prepare to fly home."

"The hotel was great! The only thing was the air conditioner was barely working and it was so hot while we were there. We asked if they had any fans but they did not. That was our only complaint."

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"Very comfortable rooms and courteous staff. Had a very long overnight trip from US & arrived in the early am to Zurich. Checked us in early so we could shower and rest a bit, before exploring. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!!"
