"It was a comfortable, cozy and clean. All amenities provided were good except for hair dryer which was not part of it. It will be good if this is provided. As for the contact point, Sofia who I was in touch with prior to departure to Geneva was very supportive and helpful also June who was my contact point during and after check in. Thanks to them. Will repeat my stay at this apartment at any time I am in Geneva"

"Stayed for two nights in this apartment near Geneva city centre. The location is convenient—only about a 6‑minute walk from the main station—and the kitchen is quite well equipped with a refrigerator and basic utensils.
However, the overall experience was disappointing. There is no luggage storage service and no on‑site reception, so communication with the host is only possible by email or through the booking platform. The bed sheet had an unpleasant smell, and the hygiene level did not feel...
