"Property on main road but still a very quiet location. Staff very welcoming and rooms clean. Well maintained and adequate size. Breakfast was included which was a bonus and was the usual uk buffet style. Staff were overworked and we had to wait for a table to be be cleaned as it was busy but this was quick. Overall very good value for a nice hotel and would stay again if in the area."

"First time staying at hotel. First impressions good in general. Only complaint is the stairlifts. Trying to get my disabled partner to breakfast in the upstairs restaurant was virtually impossible. One stairlift had been left at top of stairs with no way to bring it down and other stairlift was out of order. Why can't the breakfast be served in the ground floor restaurant? Especially as its near the only elevator in the building?"

"Staff so friendly and helpful. Found room quite warm in the day but in evening was able to open windows fully to get some air in (stayed in April). I imagine would be very hot in summer even with fan provided in room. Walls are very thin, not a problem for me as thankfully my neighbours were quiet but I know other people were not so lucky. Was able to do me a vegan breakfast in the morning which I was happy with. I would stay again if I was in the area and needed a good value place to stay. "

"Sadly nobody was around to check us in so we were waiting around in the lobby for a while trying to find a member of staff. When somebody finally arrived she was gruff and unwelcoming. The property and grounds are beautiful. The room was very pleasant and comfortable but unfortunately there was zero hot water so both my daughter and I had the joy of a freezing cold shower in the morning. "Very friendly hotel and extremely accommodating. They allowed me early check-in and late check-out, which made a big difference. Excellent value for money, and there was no language barrier at all as all staff spoke English not polish. It’s a great option for families. I stayed for 3 nights and had a really comfortable experience. It’s about £15 by Uber into Manchester, you can use the hotel shuttle which runs every 20 minutes for around £3 to the airport or uber £7 which is very...

"All good. The room had a bathroom with assistive equipment. Not asked for. Difficult to use. Basin had no cold water to run a toothbrush under. Toilet was lower than normal. A very odd experience"
