But only one confirmation number - because it was all under one account - confusing because they only pulled up the name & not both rooms -fully booked no avail rooms - the other party had to go to another hotel - I gave them the other persons name & they found the room. "Great stay! I stayed multiple dates over several weeks due to work training. Great to have a restaurant/bar in the building. Staff were very welcoming. Rooms very clean and updated. Only issue was dealing with the in room coffee makers. It was nice to have an expresso machine in the room but function of the machine varied."

"Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. "I was very optimistic upon entering it was nice and clean at the check in counter. Then I’m told the elevator button on the first floor didn’t work, only to come down.
