Hotel murah di Rural Hill

"This hotel is just a few years old, and it has been well maintained, it still looks brand new. The staff are really friendly & helpful, and the hotel is quite clean. We would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Clean and efficient"

"The hotel room was clean. The beds were very comfortable for not being my own. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We checked in late. Then we left very early. The signage getting to the hotel was easy to follow. The signs to get back to the airport wasn’t so clear. We got turned around and used a different set of elevators. They took us out on a different level. Luckily someone was doing maintenance on the grounds and pointed us the right way."

"Staff were friendly, room was much bigger than I expected. Got an end room 2 bedroom suite which was much larger than what I booked considering we were just a couple staying there. Having said that, the hotel looks like it could use some updating inside, the halls smelled strongly of cleaners when we arrived but most had dissipated by morning. Only complaint about the room was that the blinds were thin and didn’t blackout the light and the AC was quite loud, these issues may have been unique...

"The hotel was clean and quiet. The issue with our stay was that we needed a cot and before the booking, they had clearly stated they offered cops for free. Again after booking, I read that kites were free upon request. We needed a cot as our children do not sleep well together. The manager on duty told me that they do not give out air mattresses anymore because it is a fire code violation. I did not ask for an air mattress, I asked for a cot. Apparently the hotel needs to figure out its policies...

"Property was clean and safe. Front desk staff was awesome. Breakfast was so so and could use improvement but hey it was free. Breakfast staff very rude. Needs daily room service without requesting it. All in all it was ok. I would stay there again if I had too. "

"Clean modern rooms, nice lobby, friendly stands, hot breakfast with lots of options, plenty of free parking, close to Opry Mills and the Grand Ole Opry with direct driving route less than 15 minutes. "
