"This place was located in a good location. However, Hilton policies are to be discussed. As you check in, they offer you bottle of waters and they are two none branded water in the room for the ENTIRE stay. Hilton has a new policy to not to provide water for its guest as they must buy water at the gift shop or room service, They have the fancy 10$ a bootle of water in there room for purchase only. We booked this hotel back in January 2026 specifically for the Bruno Mars concert on September 12, 2026. We planned everything months in advance.
When we arrived, we were shocked to discover that THE HOTEL WAS COMPLETELY CLOSED😡
What makes this even more frustrating is that we never received ANY notification from Expedia or the hotel informing us that the property was closed or that our reservation would not be honored.
