"Good location, able to walk to most things. Friendly staff. We had a minor issue with a blocked toilet and it was resolved immediately even at 1.00 a.m. Nice lounge areas . Bit disappointing that no tea or coffee facilities in the room but there was a coffee shop in the hotel. Room was not huge but adequate for a 4 night stay and very clean."

There were dirty socks on the floor, hair in the shower, scuff marks on the bedding, etc. When we emailed customer service we got a response that was clearly written by AI. It said cleaning stuff would be coming to check it in the morning. Cleaning staff didn’t come at all during our 3 day stay. "
