Here's the truth. The rooms and everything in it is very small. For example, the gym is only 3 cardio machines and that's it. The breakfast area is very small. "The housekeepers made sure the room was clean. We had the same room that we had on 3/31 so bathtub still did not drain. Breakfast was not very well stocked, the person handling breakfast was also covering front desk (btw breakfast was 7-10:30 am and we were there at 9 am. When we went to check out of our room the elevator quit working and we were told it would be at least 20 minutes. My husband is disabled, I am 73 so I had to carry a cooler and 4 bags down from the fourth floor. I asked...

" Very nice hotel. One of the nicest comfort inns that I had ever stayed in. Room was super clean. I really had to look hard to find something not perfect. Good hot water in bathroom and fast EV charging onsite. Very rare to find such a well kept hotel at a fairly remote interstate exit. Was kind of run like more of a bed and breakfast, with nice personal touches."
