"An apartment. Very good way to try the units if you're looking to buy one in the area. Great area with everything i needed nearby. A grocer shop, a laundry shop and a few restaurant (maybe the pools too). Took this one because it was close to mall of asia and the airport. The check in was a bit of a challenge though. "It was a big hassle checking in. Lobby receptionist doesnt know about my booking via hotels. Com. I even contacted Juan via hotels.com chat but had a miscommunication as well. I called the property contact person and was able to Answer me after 45 minutes. Finally, Mac (care taker) came and checked us in. He is very Nice and apologetic. "Was in a good area with lots of great restaurants. the bad is trying to check in I didn't get the email and non Filipino has gcash so that was a cluster f!!!. very low water pressure for shower and water filter in the sink needed to be replaced nice staff nice bed."

"This is my first time with condotel and was not fully satisfied with our stay. It says it has a sofa bed, which came out that’s it’s only a couch. We need to buy our bath soap, shampoo and bottled water."
