" We experienced some issues prior to arrival. I emailed the staff with questions but did not receive a response, which reflected poor communication. The advertised 24-hour shuttle service was inaccurate; I requested a shuttle after midnight and was informed that no service was available at that time. Upon arrival, however, the staff were very nice. The accommodations were great, and room service was top-notch. The food was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. Despite the initial issues, we would definitely come back."
