Hotel dekat Senate of the Philippines

"We started this about 5 years ago, when we come to manila,we meet my daughter and the 2 grand kids, they LOVE the pool, hard to get them out of it.Last night without us saying anything,on their own, went to bed ,no tv,no I'm not tired,Both said ,they needed rest for to days pool time, easy check in ,staff helpful ,breakfast NICE,room Nice ,not far from places to eat at Mall of Asia.Great easy weekend with the family,"

"Everything is perfect"

"Love the place it was close at MOA and airport and lots of shopping and food places to eat definitely coming back"

"The apartment supposed to accommodate 10 people. I doubt that but for 3 of us, is very comfortable. It looks clean but be prepared to see a few crockroaches darting around the floor. Swimming pool guard had eaten too much chillies, and shows it. Otherwise, all ok."

"Clean and ok for a budget room, NO TOILET SEAT. Let me say that again NO TOILET SEAT. And when I asked for one I was told, they don’t supply and offer no explanation to why there was NO TOILET SEAT, IF I Would have know there was NO TOILET SEAT I would have never booked a room here"

"Have to contact property earlier"

"No washing machine in the unit. The laundry was added to the website but technically it was on the main floor and outside the condo building. Limited kitchen staff and only 1 covered can be used, and the rest were locked. The bedroom has no window and no AC just the fun and no closet and bedstand corner available. The pillows weren’t enough. Not all elevators work. Has to pay an extra 150 pesos per person for the pool access. Expensive to stay for limited access."

"No towels everyday only one time at ck-in No toilettries. "

"We had a great time in the apartment of SMDC COAST. The location was perfect for a visit in the city. It was nice to be able to use the pool after a long day. The communication with Mr Jensen was easy and his responses were swift and timely. He always found solutions for us and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay there next time we go to Manila."

"唯一的優點是便宜！入住時花比較多時間"

"The description and post is quiet different in the actual presentation and thw aircon is cannot accommodate the whole room and the place is lots of people you are not feel safe"

"Many roaches in bathroom and kitchen area. Very tiny bathroom. The pool setup was quite ridiculous you had to go outside and walk around the entire property go to basement to purchase tickets. I would not stay there again.the staff was nice."

"I checked-in. This facility is unprofessional. Did not even respond to my messages. I had to book elsewhere instead. I rarely give negative reviews. And I'll give it here. There are far more convenient places to rent at near Pasay. Not this. Never!"
