"The hotel is best suited to one night only, but beware there is no airport shuttle service available despite it being advertised. The shower pressure is really bad, don't wash your hair cause it takes forever to wash out the shampoo. Best to eat out because it likely the kitchen we'll be closed. There is a mosque close by that starts morning prayers before 5am via a lound speaker."

"Loved the the fact that the hotel was five minutes from the airport and beach, free shuttle. Had an issue with the AC in the room, but they quickly gave me another room. Nice staff, very attentive and courteous. Oh, and good selection of food for breakfast between 630am - 1030am."

"Wij konden direct naar onze kamer. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wifi is uitstekend. Het zwembad is prima. Voor ons was het een verademing omdat wij eerst in Zenseana Resort & Spa, Patong verbleven. Het hotel in Patong is geen resort en zeker geen spa en helemaal 4 1/2 * waard . Het personeel en de manager is er zeker niet voor de gasten!"

Was in Thailand for 3 weeks all around and this was the worst place we stayed at. "
