"Location was convenient for us as we were there for the night for a concert, however there were little things not great like no toilet paper or hand washing soap, no floor towel in the bathroom for when u get out of the shower. Also shower was super small not made for big girls like myself. Beds were ok but they moved I sat on the bed and the bed slid on the floor. Not worth what we paid. So overall was good but not great."

"The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. "

"The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. "The room was super clean and everything inside worked - microwave, lights, blow dryer etc.
The breakfast had more options than I expected (eggs, potatoes, muffin, yogurt, milk, cereal, juices, coffee, etc) so points on that but it didn’t taste good (eggs, potatoes).
It was 4th of July weekend and busy so the room was never cleaned and after requesting towels twice we never actually got towels."

"The absolute best for families or large groups. You can’t beat the clean and updated spacious rooms. The breakfast is unbelievable for a family. The pool area sucks it is way too small and therefore echos and gets very loud very quickly. If they had an outdoor pool and hot tub this would be 5 stars all day long."

"Wonderful hotel! Friendly front desk experience. Pool was great, but service was slow. They said they were in training, so it was all good. The room was a good size and quiet. The location couldn't be any better for the Golden 1 Center. Highly recommend."

"Great hotel! Loved the cleanliness, room design and overall experience. Valet and parking are the only complaints. Valet takes about 20 mins or more to retrieve vehicle. Not fault of property, you are staying downtown, parking is hard everywhere and their garage doesn’t seem to be on site of hotel."

"Our room was a studio with a kitchen on the 8th floor. It was well designed and decorated. The bed was comfortable as well as the sofa. Everything was clean and in working order.
