"I had to be there for a family event. The room was very clean, I loved the decor and colors, ample room in the bathroom for toiletries, comfortable bed. What made it five stars was the staff. Danny, the local shuttle driver, gave me a ride to Grumpy's Pizza nearby (former Jersey girl, always has to grab the best pizza when I'm there. I absolutely loved this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly, and many of them speak Spanish, which made communication much easier. The rooms were refreshed and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated.
I would especially like to highlight Mr. Dip from the Ane bar inside the hotel — he was an excellent host and extremely kind.
The hotel’s location is outstanding, with easy access to many tourist attractions and business areas. I will definitely be staying here again in March...
