"Our stay was perfect, the staff was exceptional. We were traveling as a family and they proactively upgraded us to a suite to give our girls a little extra room to themselves. I realized as I entered the city that I had forgotten the key fob to my car, the valet and concierge team was INCREDIBLY helpful in accomodating us and getting the car parked using the backup codes without a hassle. The hotel in located in a busy area but is just far enough off of the primary tourist spots to be convenient...

"The hotel itself and room was amazing! The staff was always friendly and accommodating. Very nice, clean and up to date hotel. The restaurant that is in the hotel downstairs isn’t actually part of the hotel so it isn’t available for room service.
