"On our recent stay at the Movenpick I would not rate it as a 5 star hotel.The staff were wonderful except for one on the second floor restaurant,as an elderly couple with medical needs we are not able to dine on a buffet but were willing to pay for the ala carte breakefast which would be a simple egg on toast but were informed that we could not eat it in the restaurant but we could pay for breakefast and an additional charge for room service,considering we did not have adequate seating in the...
