"Location is accessible on second floor heading past the Monorail entrance. This would 've been helpful for the directionless. It is a short walk but if there is a convenience store before you hit the entrance. There is automatic check in service so have your passport ready to check in. Like the easy check out system, but make sure you have the keys to return to the machine to check out. It was a nice place to stay for the evening if you are getting in late and can't get to your final hotel destination in Tokyo or surrounding areas. The monorail is close by to jump on in the morning and get to Tokyo station. Would consider staying here again if our plans call for it."

APA Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower

"Excellent location, in the middle of Shinjuku, near different train / metro station exit. There is an airport bus terminal next building. The staff is helpful and polite. As this is a multi-storey hotel (27 floor), there are lots of guests going up and down. Please make sure to reserve time to check out. (The hotel has kindly notice in advance)"

"The location of the hotel was perfect, it is in the heart of Shinjuku and close to everything. In addition, the hotel has a limousine bus that goes directly to the airport. This was perfect considering that we were at the end of our trip. I would definitely book this hotel again for my future japan trips."

"Several key points made this hotel a great stay: the location is preferred by those who do not wish to track their luggage through the train system of Tokyo. The rooms are incredibly quiet to outside noise, zero noise from outside. Their are over a dozen different restaurants within T3 as well as giftshops and a Lawsons. The breakfast was consistently tasty and had lots of variety. The staff was superb and professional, especially the housekeeping and front desk attendants. And the Tokyo monorail is RIGHT THERE in T3 providing immediate access to ALL of the country via rail."

"Very small room. One we had required stepping up around 5 inches into the washroom which was annoying. Aside from the size, the room itself was quiet and comfortable. We used the coin operated washer and dryer in the hotel and the outcome was not good. Laundry did not smell cleaned as there was no laundry detergent smell. One bright spot is the airport limousine goes straight to the hotel and took about an hour. Downside is when returning Narita we were quoted it would take 2.5 hours."

"The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. I also appreciated the laundry facilities, which made the trip more convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience."
