Was störte waren die vielen Mücken (es gab jedoch überall Mückengiftzerstäuber für die Steckdose). Es gab keine richtige Lobby in der man sich gemütlich aufhalten konnte (war viel zu klein und im Eingangsbereich) Die kleine Bar hatte den Charme einer Jugendherberge. "

Breakfast was amazing; a feast for the eyes as well as the palatte. What really stood out was the staff. Every person from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, kind, and helpful in every way. "Lovely hotel in a great location. The rooftop bar area offers amazing views, especially in the evening for sunset. We also had some of the best drinks of our trip there! We were travelling with back packs across many different cities in Italy so the free laundrette facilities were a super helpful surprise! The room was clean overall the hotel was great, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Breakfast was also really good. There were some lovely little restaurants very close by...

"The property is not far from the train station and the Duomo. San Lorenzo market is right behind it and it’s a nice market and good place to get a quick bite with multiple vendors to choose from. Breakfast at the hotel is included and has a decent amount of choice and cappuccinos. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"I would definitly book again if ever in Florence, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and had everything you need. In the lobby there are 2 restaurants, a pooltable, a lot of seatings to just chill or work. Right across the hotel there is transportation to city or the station. No bad remark about this hotel."
