"ALERT! Manager will try to deny this review as he said to us when leaving - THE POOL. Nice view and pool but we had to get our own towels from a bag. We had to clean chairs off of food/cigs & towels after waiting patiently for help. The one pool employee was never proactive. Also BEWARE, the hotel rents out the pool to outside parties so you may be left without anywhere to sit or get service which happened to us on July 21st. THE ROOM, is in high need of renovations. Dirty, bugs, ants...

"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"Great for my purpose not needing to go to the center of the old town 20 mins away. So close to the airport and to my storage facility. A great supermarket close by and a lovely breakfast provided."

Communication before our arrival was excellent, and every request was handled with genuine care. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the room was comfortable, and the location made it easy to explore Florence on foot. "Wonderful property in every way! We accidentally left our passports in the room safe and the housekeeper immediately notified the front desk. The lady at the front desk, whose name was, Laura M., contacted us immediately. We were already in Venice, so she arranged a driver to drive our passports to us. She went over the top to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. The kindness was just amazing and the property was 10/10."

"Convenient for local site seeing. Parking extra and construction on streets made it difficult to get to hotel."

"We booked 3 rooms. All were give mineral water on the first day only. Second and third day... no more water. We call front office, they give us on 2nd day. On the 3rd day - we called and they put us on hold for quite some time.... we hung up the phone. I am thinking - only mineral water... "
