"Shower didn’t work or drain correctly and it messed up our honeymoon night. The staff came in to get a look saw the water all the way to the bed area and said it was normal. The next morning at checkout we were late because water still didn’t drain and we were tiptoeing around to pack and a staff said it’s not normal. We had no refund or any type of compensation. "

"Comfortable bed and quiet space, great air conditioning. Location is within walking distance of lots of great places to eat. Neighborhood vibe is eclectic and cool, parking provided with easy in and out valet service."

"I splurged a little for a solo trip and it was worth it! Very friendly staff and they’re always helping out whichever way they can for the guests’ satisfaction. They clean really do deep clean the rooms, fast service when you need something (food, maintenance, any problems) And location is top notch! Lots of cool cars to see and mega boats just a couple steps beside the hotel building!"
