"It was just fine for one night. Close to shopping and cruise port."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful; however, the facilities leave much to be desired. The rooms lacked basic amenities such as shower gel, and the overall decor felt outdated and in need of an upgrade. Additionally, there are only two elevators, and during our stay, one was out of service. This led to long wait times, with queues forming just to reach or leave the rooms. At one point, guests had to walk up the stairs—my family and I, for example, had to climb nine flights to reach our room. "

"Our rooom was ok, but the bed was so bowed to the middle it was not comfortable. It was defintely past time to replace. Crazy how who ever painted our room had a lot paint drops and apparently has never heard of painters tape."
