"Overall, the place is okay. The rooms are clean, but the issue is in the details. I always check the bed first, since that’s often the least clean part. Unfortunately, I found stains and hairs on the bedsheet and pillowcases, which made it impossible for me to sleep on. I tried contacting the host by email, but they didn’t respond quickly. Eventually, I reached them via WhatsApp. They told me no one could change the sheets right away and that I’d have to wait until the next morning. When I said...

"Check in was brutal, thhey didn’t get us checked in till 6pm we sat outside for two hours with all our luggage, and they were no towels for us no toilet paper. Called host didn’t bring us towels or toilet paper till next day. Check out day the cleaning lady stole my sun glasses I have it on a video of them sitting there come back to the room after few moments and cleaning lady is gone so are my glasses. Never ever again book with these guys"

"Okay for a last minute hotel. Most staff was nice. The outlets are too loose and do not work. We parked our car with valet and 2 hours later at 1:30 in the morning someone while we were sleeping woke us up by a knock on our door to pay for our valet which could’ve waited since they do have our keys and it’s not like we could’ve retrieved our car.
