"I came to Topeka to visit family. My cousin recommended the property and I was not disappointed. My room was clean and spacious with everything I needed. The location was perfect. I was about 10 min from everything,,,dining, shopping, and family. The staff was helpful and had immediate answers to my questions. I didn't get to enjoy the pool; however, I had breakfast every morning. It was delicious. Thanks for a great stay. Hyatt Place is my number 1 choice for future stays."

"It was easy to find, right near the interstate. The staff was great! Very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent... the best i have had almost anywhere. The Eggs were fresh eggs, not scrambled egg mix. Everything was fully stocked up until end of breakfast time. If there were people in dining area, there was plenty of food available! Room was quiet and stayed cool easily even when it was very hot outside. I would stay there again!"
