"The public areas on the first floor were under major renovation. The check in area was a construction jobsite. There was no warning of this on the Hotels.com website. Hotels.com should do better.
That said, once over the shock of checking in onto a construction site the staff was great. Very accommodating, friendly and professional. Outside of the construction work the hotel was excellent and we had a nice stay."

"Game room is so great for family fun. Nice lobby and common area. Breakfast was okay. Room smelled really weird - think it was maybe the AC vent. We had to buy air fresheners and plugins to try to mask it. Other than that, great stay. Comfy beds and friendly staff. Going to try again and hopefully have a normal smelling room. "

"I bought a room for the night. We couldn't access the 'free' wifi as you have to sign up for rewards and kids don't want to. They changed breakfast to requiring a coupon but my room came with breakfast. The front desk didn't know about this and didnt have coupons. The room carpet was stained. There is a smell in the room. Its very outdated. "

"The lady that was working in the evening was very unfriendly . She seemed like it was a problem when she had to check people in . The overnight and morning staff very friendly and helpful . The lady doing breakfast needs to be counseled on food safety . A couple of the things she did was gross and was reported to the front desk manager. The room was clean the Paul was OK the sauna was not working when it was turned on."
