However, they over charged me nearly $700. When I called to dispute they claimed it wasn’t them but it clearly was, so now my Credit Card company ..."

"For the price of our stay the floors in our hotel room were filthy.. our bathroom shower curtain had mold spots, the bathroom tub outside of the bottom had mold on the caulking.
