"The rooms were very clean, the lobby and breakfast areas were immaculate. The pool just was a tad dirty but it is the off season"

"Property was pet friendly, but I was disappointed, no mini frig, or microwave it was in the lobby. They ran out of towels. No vents in the restroom. Our toilet backed up. Only coffee in morning but ran out of creamer. Vending machines, but soda came out hot. And the parking lot is not big enough for the place. Cars were parked on the side were you climb to the next floor of parking garage. Making very hard to drive out. Heaven forbid a vechical coming up while you trying to go down. Thin walls you can hear your neighbor's conversation. But if your just staying the night it is fine. We also had a lamp that was about to fall off the wall. I personally won't again. "

"Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The night we checked in, they had no parking spots available so we had to pay for parking at a public parking lot a few blocks away. Room was fine, met our needs while we stayed in San Antonio, location was great to the Riverwalk and Alamo. "

"This place was great. I asked for special considerations while recovering from knee surgery. And they met every request. They were attentive to me and I felt like I was home. I highly recommend this hotel "

"Newly remodeled, quiet and peaceful considering the location only downfall water in shower does not get above warm. Very clean property and rooms , if you're on a budget I highly recommend this place"

"As soon as you walked in the hotel, smell fresh, they had lemon water waiting for you fresh ( and I do mean fresh not sitting there for days) In the front desk, Agent was amazing and welcoming"

"The beds were SO uncomfortable! You couldn’t move or turn over without the entire bed shaking & we’re a thin family, so size has nothing to do with it. The AC vent rattled constantly so we had to stuff cardboard into it to keep it from making noise. The bathtub filled with water every time we showered. The room also only came with 3 lamps of which only 2 worked so lighting was bad at night. We also had an Alamo view window right over the Crockett Tavern… so between sidewalk goers & the music/patrons from the Crockett Tavern it was hard to get rest. Front desk staff member Eduardo was very nice at check in but he needs more help as it took almost 25 minutes for us to receive extra towels. The location was great but I’d rather spend more money for a better overall experience. Unfortunately we won’t be staying again. "
