"The Gym was under repair, I ordered Water, I think they forgot , after an hour call them , they bring a small one , another 15 min to get it.
One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something .
I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back."

"The hotel was close to the promenade, just a street back. Good outside space. Tea/coffee facilties a little wanting, not replenished enough, no milk.

"Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. "As a family of five, we had an excellent stay at this hotel/apartment. The location was outstanding—just a 2-minute walk to the Promenade and within walking distance of countless restaurants, cafés, bakeries, gelato, and crêpe shops. There were also several stores nearby that sold everything we needed for the beach, including water shoes, floaties, goggles, and other essentials for kids. "The room was clean. The staff answered our questions we didn't interact with them much everyone was polite. We didn't opt for the breakfast. We were only staying two nights. The air conditioning worked well. The shower was good and there was lots of fresh towels. The fold out bed looked odd, but was quite comfortable. There wasn't much of a view... the coffee machine was a little sticky. But all in all comfortable clean pretty quiet for a Saturday night! And we all slept well."

"Hotel has great location near the beach and old town. Nice staff and bar area.
Room also nicely decorated
However - room wasn’t cleaned for the 2 days and we checked out on the third.
Had to ask for towels as not enough for 2 people when we got In but more crucially Carpet had just been cleaned (maybe shampooed) and was damp through out stay.
Staff were nice and gave us a late check out as compensation."
