"The room was large and comfortable, with a refrigerator and microwave as well as a TV with a wide variety of channels. The bathroom had a night-light so we didn't have to deal with the glare of overhead lights during the night. I especially appreciated that the excellent breakfast bar included gluten-free bagels without even having to request them! The breakfast room was large and sunny with plenty of tables."

Not just the usual eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt etc (though they had that too!) but beignets one morning and Eggs Benedict another! The room was spacious, we received a welcome bag upon arrival - I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks (4 different hotels) and the Homewood Suites in Liverpool/Syracuse was the BEST experience!!"

Our handicap accessible room had about 12 inches of space between the bottom of the bed and the wall. Barely enough room to squeeze through to get to the bathroom. "I stayed one night week of June 10th and one night week of June 15 - 2nd experience was not as good as the first. The first floor room was excellent - quiet - comfortable bed and AC was great on a very hot day. Second stay was good but not great - bed was no where near as comfortable and was very creaky every time i moved - wasn’t as supportive. "The staff was fantastic. We had a problem with the AC in our room and they moved us to another room very quickly. The hotel went through recent renovations and it looks great. Breakfast was also good. Pricing is very reasonable. Totally will recommend it."

"Good location with restaurants and a museum nearby. Very clean. Ample street parking nearby. I would not choose this hotel again for one reason -the noise! My room overlooked the street. There was a bar across the street and there were rowdy customers spilling out late on a Sunday night that lasted for a while, then there was the traffic driving by and the garbage trucks that woke me in the morning. The windows are not soundproof enough so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place...

"We had the spacious 2 br residence. We were in floor 2. Just know this unit is close to the intersection so you can hear all music and loud cars, I probably would have asked for a higher floor but we stayed only one night. They do give you ear plugs in tgr room so I guess this was the hint of things to come for the night. I used them and eventually went to sleep. I guess for young ones the music in car noise is acceptable. It’s why they are staying at the Armory area. Room- excellent and...
