"Not exactly good or bad, the room was clean and decent enough but we arrived around 11pm after all staff left, the automated check-in kiosk was confusing and after notifying the hotel management on Expedia Messages, they replied to one question without answering it, and then stopped responding to me to help me check in. I eventually figured it out by myself but I wish the hotel management had been more responsive."

"We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix Inn. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Our room was quite small, but it was very clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea provided in the room. The location is excellent and is right next to a 7-Eleven, making it very convenient for snacks, drinks, and anything else you might need. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd happily stay...

"The mattress was thin and hard. The protection pad on the bed was very disgusting. No flat sheet provided. The hostel was very bare bones. No fridge or kitchen for food. Staff were pleasant and kept everything clean. Getting around was easy. Great location."
