"The hotel is on a lovely golf estate and a nice pool. The rooms are fine. I had booked 3 rooms for my son's graduation. One room was single which was in the loft. It was during the hot weather and the window wouldn't open and the rooms do not have air condition. There was a wedding celebration and the room was over the area of the party. I asked to be moved and they did not want to help. They said the wedding would be finished by 12am. I argued that we paid to sleep at the hotel and I needed an...

"Basic hotel. Clean but very basic room. Requiring refurbishment. No extras available in room/ bathroom e.g glasses for water, vanity kit, mini bar. Toilet roll very very thin. Body wash dispenser was empty. Breakfast was adequate. Again, very basic. However, staff were very friendly and attentive."

"The hotel was lovely I was disappointed that the court yard area was overgrown and needed sweeping, cobwebs everywhere in our little seated area outside."
