"Our room was dirty upon entering. The front desk lady was more than helpful and super nice. She was amazing. She cleaned our room and went above and beyond for us. The hotel itself was the issue. Our room looked like someone had just left. There was garbage on the counters and stuff left in the bathroom. ..."
