"It was an incredible stay, clean room, big bed, the closest place to fill up water bottles (that I found) is in the gym, but it wasn't far. We didn't stay too long, just barely 1 night, but it was a great experience."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - staff, food and room were above expectations. The bed was a little too firm for us, but the room was very quiet.
I only have one appeal: please consider removing room “deodorizers” in the bathroom off the dining area. Too many places use artificial scents to mask unclean facilities. You don’t need them here. They spritz and cause an asthmatic response in many people - including myself. Thankfully, you don’t have them in the rooms because I would...

"It was overall clean, a good place for a quick rest while on the road. The beds were so uncomfortable, and the halls stink like cigarettes or just old mildew smell. The room did not stink, the shower sucked."

"Ordered a double bed room and was given a single bed room with a couch that turned into a bed with no fore warning. We didn't know we got a different room until we walked into it. Staff said the rest of the rooms were booked and there was nothing they could do. The couch bed was significantly smaller and more uncomfortable than the bed. Staff said need to talk to Expedia. Expedia said management declined any refund or any form of rectification and essentially we had to kick sand. Also the first...

"We arrived late and it took a long while waiting at the door before someone let us in (phone by the door was never picked up by front desk). Room was clean. We were assigned a disability room even though we didn’t ask for one. Everything was just dated. Breakfast was mediocre. All in all, a three star rating. Not terrible, not great."

"Discrimination against Disabled Veterans in parking stalls designated for Veterans. Clerk repeated told me not park there because they are repairing the space. They (she) lied. Other cars parked there. Manager/owner refused to give be a check out receipt when I requested it for a purpose for accounting purposes. He said Expedia is responsible. He ignored me and walked away. No shampoo in my room and defective heating/air unit. The Royal Inn was convenient for me as I stayed there on several...

"Overall horrible experience. Theres a reason it’s pretty cheap. The property is falling apart. The bathroom has mold. The manager is extremely rude. We were woken up by loud music from the next room over at 11:30pm and called management at midnight who was rude and didn’t think it was his problem. By 12:30am we called again and he begrudgingly came and told the guys to turn off the music. Then at 1:30 someone starts knocking on, banging, and kicking the door next to us that had had music...
