"Room was good, clean and quiet. Could not get the wifi to work. Did not report it while there."

"Mijn 2de keer dat ik heb een overnachting geboekt hier. Mooi schoon kamers. Geweldig pub met lokaal bieren. Geweldig eigenaar en medewerkers. Heel vriendelijke lokale mensen en 5 minuten lopen van het stad centrum. Engels ontbijt van de hoogste niveau voor 9 1/2 pond. Mooi beer garden en gratis parkeren voor gasten. Top top locatie en niet duur."

"Very modern and clean, close to the University campus, and across the road from Winterbourne House and Gardens. Breakfast was standard, and the on-site car park is a bit small (although there is overflow in the multi-story 100m away). The safe in my room didn't work, though. Overall, a pleasant trip."

"I stayed in a smaller room. This is my 2nd visit. My only complaint is the pillows they are awful. Everything else is good. Staff super helpful, great easy parking. Nice touches like the fridge and coffee machine downstairs."

"Chose this property as it wasn’t far from the motorway to split up a long journey. Was absolutely fine for what we needed it for, with food outlets nearby to grab something to eat for dinner and for breakfast the next morning. Was the first time I have experienced a faceless stay, but it worked fine. Parking was full and being used by work vans, so just had to park on the street nearby."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my hotel room was not working, making the room extremely uncomfortable. I sent a message to report the issue, but although it was delivered, it was never acknowledged or responded to. Earlier that evening, I also informed the receptionist about the problem. I was simply told that there was no maintenance staff available, and no alternative solution or assistance was offered. While there was a fan in the room, it was only blowing hot...

"The room was clean and the location was perfect. Easy to check yourself in and park. It was disappointing that there was no bottled water in the room & tea coffee wasn’t great. I think for the price I would have expected some toiletries and at least bottled water. Very basic and the lighting at the top of the stairs only came on when you were under it and if you are staying in an attic room you can’t see."

"A good hotel. Enjoyable stay. Even booked an extra night which was cheaper than Expedia so a lesson learned. I knocked a star off as the main lifts weren't working which was causing havoc."

"Lovely hotel nice rooms and really comfy beds. Breakfast was really tasty plenty of choice and really tasty. Evening meal was disappointing the lasagne overcooked and dry, the hunters chicken had been kept warm for so long the bbq sauce was congealed we waited an hour for our food to arrive. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again but would find somewhere else for our evening meal"
