"As I walked through the doors, the lobby was musty smelling. The man behind the desk had a wrinkled shirt on, that he also had on the next day. The pool was dirty, I wouldn't swim. The room wasn't cleaned throughly. The light in the shower/toilet room went out. That will be the last time I stay at a comfort in."

"Do not stay here!! There is a "gentlemen's club" next door. Cars in the parking lot had broken windows. Looked like someone trying to break into them. In the 24 minutes we were there, we saw at least 3 very questionable people who I'm guessing worked at the gentleman's club. After checking in and walking to the room, I walked back to the front desk, turned in my room keys, and left. Did not get my refund for the $100 it cost me, but that's a sacrifice I was willing to make. Avoid this...

"Starting to see this a most RF's. The room curtains need to be cleaned. It's a filter over a air system that sucks in any smoker outside and sends it through the curtains. Room smells like a smoke room. The rooms get cleaned but not the 6 year old curtains."

"Terrible. Everything about this place sucked. Tv didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Toilet was clogged. Black hairs in shower and sink. Drilling at 5 a.m. Horribly located. Can’t warn everyone to avoid this place like the plague."

"No ice machine. No elevator, Although the clerk asked her "babe" to carry up my suitcase. Whole place is Dirty & old. My room: Needs so many updates. Carpet old & smelly. Bathroom was so run down. Jet tub/shower was rusty, & in ill repair, I just couldn't bring myself to get in to shower. The air-conditioning fan clicked all the time. Chair was so saggy in the middle I dropped down when I sat in it. "

"Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, there was no A/C, and the elevators seemed unstable. I mentioned my concerns to staff and was told they had been fixed. Just a couple of hours later, my children and I got stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes and had to be rescued by the fire department. It was a scary experience, especially with kids. I hope management addresses these safety concerns, but based on our experience, I would not never take my family here again."

"I had a very nice and comfortable room. The location was perfect for amenities close by such as restaurants and shopping. It was very convenient for accessing the freeway too."

"You get what you pay for. If you choose a smoking room expect the blankets and sheets to smell and look like people have been smoking in there. Other than that it was a secure room with cable TV. My only issue was, Stayed 2 nights there was a frig/freezer but no microwave."

"I always enjoy my stays there, but I dont usually use anything other then the room. I will say I like the parking garage being attached ,and I dont have to walk real far to my car."

"The property looks nicer ce on the outside. Clean and up to date. The inside needs some upgrades. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good washer pressure. It just needs updated."
