You couldn't ask for a better location—it is literally minutes from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO), making arrival and departure completely stress-free. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and remarkably quiet despite its proximity to the airport. The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. After a long flight, relaxing by the outdoor pool surrounded by palm trees was the perfect way to kick off my time in Costa Rica. A special shoutout to the staff—everyone from the front desk team to the shuttle driver was warm, welcoming, and eager to help with local recommendations. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a great selection of fresh tropical fruits, custom omelets, and traditional gallo pinto. Whether you need a convenient stopover before heading out to explore Costa Rica or a comfortable base near SJO, this hotel is top-notch. I will definitely be staying here again!"

"This hotel is located in a great location and very convenient to everything downtown. There are some room facing the pedestrian street so the noise is not bad. The room is spacious and linens were satisfactory. We did not like the entrance where you have to take 2 separate elevators in order to get to the room and the breakfast looks nice but is very minimal. I wish they had a fresh waffle or pancake maker. I probably would not stay at this hotel in the future."
