The men’s and women’s restrooms were out of paper towels for 2 days. The pool was filthy. Staff did nothing about the paper towels. The staff checked me in on the wrong day.

When I first arrived, the hotel had a leak in the main lobby. Other than that, the hotel was a cozy place to stay. They had a decent breakfast, filled my tummy!

San Antonio Marriott Northwest Medical Center
Gym needs radical improvement. Not enough equipment. Cleaning staff did not clean room as thoroughly as one would expect. Sink and surrounding area untouched, and debris left on floor.
