Immediately went and asked for a refund.. also good luck trying to get a refund with this place. You won’t see it. All the front desk workers we had talked to about our refund are not helpful at all. We are still bugging them about our refund and it’s over a week later. "

"If your in need of an iron or ironing board and although they advertise they have them they do not. TVs are not smart tvs so bring your own HDMI if you want to watch anything other than over the air stations and good luck with a tv remote. They do not work....hope you like cold showers as there was no hot water in my room "
