"Hotel is old and in need of a major renovation. No A\C, so wasn’t comfortable during an unexpected heat wave in March. Limited parking. Staff at check in were very accommodating. Location is excellent, close to beach and shops/restaurants."

"It was a decent place but the hidden fees are not worth it. We had to pay almost 150.00 extra for there parking garage to park there overnight and then a destination charge daily , so what can you do about it once your there you can’t so you just have to pay it . Overall it was ok next time I will look for something closer to the ocean and not have to pay all the extra fees"

"Room was clean, staff was friendly, location was good, but property is definitely in need of some updating. Carpet is worn, bed was squeaky, and so on. Had some electric wire hanging outside my window with wire caps exposed to weather- which I am sure is not up to code so made me a bit concerned for safety. Otherwise, not bad for a night"

"Lighting is outdated and poor in rooms and hallways. Patio balcony and furniture is old and dirty, outdated. Staff was good but property needs updating. Food was good."
