This is at the bottom of the ramp at Pipes surf beach. There is a little shortcut path to get down to the water other than walking all the way down the ramp.

But when taking this image I wasn't even interested in taking a picture because it was cold and windy. When I saw this surfer run out into the weather conditions I found the image I was looking for!
