"When we got there we waited a while till someone came to the front desk to check us in. We had to go back to the front desk twice because the keys never worked. The room smelled funny and was clean but the shower was gross. "

"I don't know how it got over a "9" rating with close to a 1000 reviews, and I have stayed at a ton of hotels, so it was a buzz kill. The bathroom window was propped open with a wood block because windo was not installed properly. There in not carpet in the room, it is ceramic tile. The room is much smaller than the pictures. The bathroom was tiny...so small I had to put my toiletries on the kitchen counter because there is absolutely no room in the bathroom. The button for the garbage...

"1. The staff was ... meh. My key-card for some reason didn't open my door late at night and I went to the front desk. I guess he had a long day, but he was not helpful and acted as if it was my fault that the card didn't work. Said "you have to be patient, mam; just doing my job, mam" etc, while I said nothing. 2. Lots of construction on the site 3. Restaurant closed early and with no food options in the neighborhood, there is really no place to hang out or get food. In fact all amenities...

"This hotel is under construction and should really tell guests what is going on there. But besides that, the pool area is awful and the maid knocked on every door at 8 am. Also, we could hear people talking from down stairs. There is a car rental place on one side of building that vacuums and washes cars all day and was very loud thru the windows."
