"From the moment we came in for check in, Rayan greeted us in the front desk and checked us in. It was quick, smooth, the property was well maintained. The lobby was clean, smells clean. "Room did not feel the cleanest. Sheets felt dirty, extra pillows for pullout sofa smelled like Body odor(like they weren’t washed) walls are thin you can hear everything in the next room. No mirrors in room , besides the one in the very small bathroom counter area. Fridge and coffee are right in bathroom…. ? Also, no microwave. Don’t go down the path from the hotel to walk to the beach. Came upon some homeless individuals (that’s okay) but they ended up screaming, cussing and getting aggressive...

"This is an old boutique hotel. Had to ask for a bellman, ice and our car from the valet several times before they responded. The breakfast burrito from room service was good. Maid service was good. The pool is just ok. The rooms are very noisy. Couldn’t sleep because of road noise, light in the room, frig running and could hear the neighbors in there room, opening there door and walking up and down the stairs. No elevators. The bed was comfortable."

"AC wasn’t working in the gym and was very hot. Pool ms and hot tub were great. Staff was very professional and on top of everything. Bathrooms could have been bigger and queen beds weren’t a true queen size."

"The hotel was okay overall, but the pool experience was disappointing. The pool wasn't very clean or well maintained, and it closed much earlier than expected each day. The water slide was also only open for a very limited time—it opened late in the day and closed early, making it difficult for families to enjoy it. If the pool and slide are important to your stay, you may want to consider this before booking."

"Kind of seems like they are either getting ready for renovation or closing down! I have never stayed at a place that was so incredibly not maintained! I should’ve taken photos. If you’re looking for something that is severely in need of work, this is the place for you! The bed was comfortable and the AC worked really great."

"Housekeeping was virtually non-existent. After the first night, we left in the morning and returned at 4pm. Our room was never cleaned, towels were not replaced with clean ones and trash was not picked up. I was told that housekeeping was short staffed but they'd be by to clean it We went out for dinner and returned at 9pm. The room was never cleaned, beds never made, trash never thrown out First time ever in a hotel where housekeeping never showed up. Find another hotel Hopefully one...
