"I have stayed at this hotel a half dozen times now, and it is my go to in San Francisco. The location is perfectly central, right next to the Chinatown gate and just between Union Square and the financial district. The immediate neighborhood has walkable conveniences ranging from neighborhood markets to coffee shops and lovely small restaurants - particularly several French cafes and bistros. All is always spotlessly clean, safe, and quiet, and prices are a good value for SF. I recommend...

"Great spot to stay at in the city! Clean, lots of cool spots nearby, has a bar, and coffee shop in the building. And lots of foods spots around. Would definitely stay here again."

"We love this hotel! Our daughter is in the UOP Dental program which is right next door to this hotel. This is our favorite hotel of all places. The rooms are very clean. The decor and layout of the rooms are nicely done. I love the motorized drapes that open and close. The view for the higher floors see beautiful. The staff is very professional. Very high quality furnitures the beds are soft and fluffy. Thank you to all the staff!"

"The room was clean and had plenty of room for a king room. The bed was super comfortable and the water pressure was great .. we asked for extra towels and they brought them right up. The staff was super pleasant and the whole atmosphere was wonderful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"This was a bad stay. The Found staff onsite was awful! Tho not bPoshtels hire, the latter is housed in the Found hotel. I travel, but maintain an address in SF for business. It is on my ID. I arrived to check-in exhausted, hoping for a pleasant 1-night stay at a relatively new spot. I pre-payed. I was met by a sour young woman who proclaimed I could NOT stay there because I was a "local" - I shouldn't even have had to explain. She refused to check me in, made me sit in the lobby 20 min, called a...

"Amazing place to stay in San Fran! In the center of everything and there’s public transportation super close by. The rooms were so comfortable and very quiet despite being downtown. We were even surprised with a room upgrade!"

"The building itself is truly impressive, with a sense of history and grandeur that makes a strong first impression. The location is also excellent, very convenient for exploring San Francisco. That said, some areas of the hotel feel dated. The hallways in particular look old and have a harsh white lighting that feels more like a hospital than a luxury property. The rooms have high ceilings and a good size, which is a plus, but the bathrooms are relatively small. The white lighting in the rooms...

"Good service, the AC cuts off when your not in the room or doesn't detect motion so nights were a little hot but overall great hotel "

"Estuve unos dias con mi familia en San Francisco y sin duda el JW Marriott es una excelente opción para hospedarse en el centro de la Ciudad. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y tiene áreas comunes espaciosas y modernas. Además, las habitaciones son amplias y están recién remodeladas. El desayuno es muy bueno, variado y los alimentos de excelente calidad, además que el personal del restaurante es muy atento y brindan su mayor esfuerzo para hacerte sentir como en casa."
